you can choose to lug or roll your bike around while shopping, or leave it with the good guys at the Metro Supermarket baggage counter. There are bike racks for full bikes at the back of the mall.
Wai Ying Restaurant Benavidez (across hope christian highschool) is folding bike friendly. you can bring your folded bike in with you, or for full bikes, there is a guard outside to watch over your big bikes
Dakasi UST Dapitan is a bike friendly space. You can’t bring your bikes inside but the guard can watch it for you. There are also tables and seats outside. Oh, and their milktea is the best! yum!
